All pricing on this website is in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$) and includes Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%.

The most important aspect of our business is to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.If you are not happy with your purchase or it comes damaged please contact us so we can rectify the problem as soon as possible.

Any gift products (unperishable) needing to be returned must be in the same condition received unless faulty.

A shipping fee will be applied to your order at Dianna Marie Floral unless free delivery is stated. All delivery areas are stated on our deliveries page and upon checkout the delivery fee will be calculated on your order.
